10-22-24 - Addendum to clarify requirements around the parts list mentioned in the RFP document. A revised RFP document has been posted with revisions made to Section G.1.- the bolded section and the last paragraph, in bold, of the Attachment A Statement of Work. No other changes have been made to the original RFP document. The revised RFP document is a PDF with a file name ending in 10-22-24.

The Superior Court of California, County of Butte (“Court”) is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers to
provide Uninterrupted Power Supply Battery Maintenance services for the Butte County Courthouses. Interested
and qualified Proposers who can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide the goods and services
described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) are invited to submit a proposal. Proposals must be submitted
electronically on Periscope S2G (www.bidsync.com) in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP.
Submission of a partial bid will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
