Participant Brief Requirements
I require a brief with the following format: a short summary of significant facts, the strengths and weaknesses in the case, any legal or factual disputes, the procedural history, and a statement regarding the party's objective/goal in this case. The brief should not exceed 15 pages.

Kimberly A. Steffenson, joined the Law Firm of Rich, Fuidge, Morris and Lane in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Steffenson worked for the Family Law Facilitator's Office and the S.H.A.R.P. program in Butte County, where she assisted self represented litigants.
